Keeping tidy the passengers personal stuff
Cleanliness of the cabins completely
Changing theirs sheets weekly
Arrangements from towels (Monkeys, Flowers, Swans)
Ensuring with all the inquiries of the passengers
Maintaining a positive relation during the itinerary with all passengers
Serving different types of food, fruits, sweets and drinks
Caring their baggage)
Chief Housekeeper Supervisor position :
Use of radio in embarkation days
Reporting to the reception all the missing stuff of customers
Reporting to the assistant housekeepers and housekeeper daily problems
Working extra hours for the needs of company under the housekeeper’s order
Active and positive attitude towards in the trainings and seminars
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially withGuests
Ability to read and write English in order to understand and Interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive Instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present Information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors and Co-workers
Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to Navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel and Word or Related programs
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of Equipment Knowledge of proper chemical handling Ability to obtain a "Diploma of Housekeeping Efficiency" within the First six weeks of employment
